Great review. My wife who has never seen the ATeam in her life (Gasp I know) really enjoyed the movie with me. I enjoyed the homage to the old characters while still reviving them into the ‘new world’ with intrigue and well, just awesomeness. Having the ending be the intro to the original show, as you stated, it gave me nerdy joygasms! While others in the theater looked at me oddly, I didn’t care! They had no clue the amount of pure raw awesome that was playing on the screen.

Guys, have you seen Toy Story 3 yet? Just got back from seeing it a second time, this time in the IMAX! It’s so good, it makes The A-Team look like a pile of sh** (No disrespect). GO SEE IT NOW!!!!! 4 out of 4 Stars.

The movie was a lot of fun. A few too many coincidences early on, with everyone running into each other in the Mexican desert somehow, but this kind of movie has to be enjoyed for the thrills more than the logic. Once disbelief is properly suspended, the movie is fantastic.

I have to say that this movie was great! My husband and I went to see it this weekend, and had a blast. A fun flick that we both thought paid tribute to a fun show. We stuck around for the bonus scenes and then had to explain to the teens who were cleaning the theater who the actors were. Now I feel old.

Hey guys, great review as always.

In relation to Dirk and his dislike of the RIS BSG, he changed his stance on it a while after that. In fact, in one of the specials about BSG (not the last one), there is a shot where Katee and Dirk are sitting in a Starbucks having a coffee and laugh. I think the reason why he changed his mind about BSG is because, like Richard Hatch, he didn’t know it was a different kind of show and what they were going to achieve with it. In fact, when he was at Megacon last year along with others from TOS and RIS series, he seemed like he knew that the new series was just as amazing as TOS, but in a different way. Matt could very well be right, that Dirk honestly is a bit out of step with what is considered cool.

while I was happy to see you guys review this movie, I wonder if it is worthy of your time. With other films like SPLICE I fell more attention should be paid to those types of films. You Guys are great hope to see a review of splice on here sonn

@SpockEars89: Good call on Splice, Nat and I both wanted to do that one… but running the Mississauga Independent Film Festival ( http://MIFF.ca ) is taking up A LOT of my time at the moment, so hopefully when the dust clears in early July from MIFF, we’ll be all Twilighted out and we can get around to Splice!
