TRON LEGACY REVIEW: A Nearly Ideal Sequel

One look at the newly redesigned lightcycles in Tron, and you know this movie is going to be a wild ride. And it performs surprisingly well as a better-late-than-never sequel that takes advantage of new actors and technology (and pushes it a bit past where it can actually go). But for his first feature film, Kosinski made the most common kind of mistake: story.

With the rich world of the first Ironman film to start with and the failure of the first Ironman video game to learn from, adding Marvel’s writer behind Invincible Ironman to the equation SHOULD have made for an amazing game this time around… but it didn’t.

GOD OF WAR 3 REVIEW: Rage + Vengeance + Brutality = Perfection!

We were both BLOWN AWAY by almost every aspect of God of War 3. A fitting end to the Kratos trilogy and an amazing mythological bookend, GOW3 also delivered an even slicker gameplay and possibly the greatest graphics in any game, ever. Small hiccups to the gameplay like a DDR-style music minigame and a few too many knuckle sandwiches to the face of Zeus aside, this baby knocks it out of the park!
