The behind the scenes goodies for “Underworld: Rise of the Lycans” were JUST released this morning, so we’re really under the gun to put together a preview in time for it to be worth watching. Remaking a 50′s classic Sci-Fi film is a bit of an uphill battle after War of the Worlds disappointed us in 2005, but with Keanu as a convincing Space Alien, it looks like this one could be both topical and entertaining so far!

By popular demand, we went ahead and reviewed JJ’s new Star Trek Trailer… we’re not planning to make a habit of reviewing trailers, but it just so happens that the most revered graphic novel in history AND the most revered sci-fi franchise in history are BOTH coming to the silver screen in ways we never thought possible, and we simply must bow to powers far greater than our own. Having said that, I’m sure what Matt says as a two-decade-strong-yet-highly-critical-Trekkie will sit just as well with some as it won’t with others… while Nat just tries to look forward to a Karl Urban/Zachary Quinto film!
