Tootie I’d not say it ‘sucked’, I gave it a 6 Means i’d at least watch it again sometime on HBO etc. But yeah it was a let down Check out their review, its pretty on-par ^_^

Well! Sorry to hear that at least person found it sucked….I am a sucker for any sci fi but may not do the theatre if it’s no good. 3-D barely noticeable? Are you sure? That doesn’t sound likely…?

When are Matt and Nat going to get engaged? We all need some happiness in our lives and you two are the cutest couple ever!

I agree with ivysaur on the 3d aspect. I watched some of the film without the glasses because I didn’t feel the “3D”ness of the film. And low and behold that was because there wasn’t really any. It ended up with me just basically disappointed immediately. I wanted some bad ass 3d effects, granted its not avatar, but come on, it wasn’t worth it.

The movie itself I thought was okay, it wasn’t that bad. Although I did see “Percy Jackson & The Olympians” a few weeks ago and I really honestly in truly, thought I was watching the same movie with older people, better acting, and better special effects.

I give it a 6

In Israel the premire is scheduled to the 15.04.10. The CG Medusa looks too much pretty- I liked in the original version the fact that she looked like a real villain. I don’t know if it’s a good thing that every big movie will come out now in 3D (maybe in this case the monsters and the gods will really come to life because of the 3D effect but probably a lot of lame 3D movies will come out too because of the success of Avatar and Alice…. and because it’s very expensive – 13$ for each 3D movie!).
The kraken looks terrifying but….. don’t you think it reminds you of the monster from “Cloverfield”?

i saw this movie today. rubbish. 3D was barely noticable because it was so poor.
cheesy dialogue. the whole movie just…didnt feel very right…
waste of $20 (extra for “3D”)
disappointment.
